1. Provide direct assistance to the Associate Dean
2. Implement comprehensive recruitment strategy, including coordination of mailings to high schools and
students, e-recruiting, event planning, coordination of Freshmen Ambassadors and direct communication with recruits
3. Maintain database and files of incoming and current students
4. Prepare mailing for Dean List letters each semester
5. Coordinate with Director of Communications on large mailings ( Examples: high school counselors, recommenders list)
6. Carry out projects as assigned and assist with School of Diplomacy events
7. Provide support for the Directors of Internships and Professional Services during the summer as needed
8. Liaison with University Office of Enrollment Services
9. Supervise student worker
10.Arrange for student representatives at events and open houses
Events:
Incoming Student Barbecue
Seton Hall Open Houses/School Open Houses
High School Visits Each Semester ( approximately 5 per academic year)
Spring Semester- Meet the Deans and Faculty

1. Minimum of one year office experience or commensurate experience in an academic environment, including working with student life/student organizations
2. Minimum undergraduate or graduate GPA of 3.2

5. Must be available evenings/weekends
