Graduate Assistant - Athletics Marketing South Orange
Seton Hall University’s Department of Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a graduate assistant position in Athletics Marketing. The GA position requires a minimum ten-month commitment beginning with the 2019-20 academic year, with potential for a second year during the 2020-21 academic year. The position is designed to follow the academic calendar, with duties extending to evenings, weekends, and holiday breaks. The position works closely with ticket operations, event marketing, grassroots marketing, community outreach, advertising/corporate partnerships, licensing, Athletic Communications, graphic design, and digital media. This position will report to the Associate Athletics Director for Marketing, and will work in conjunction with other members of the Athletics staff, coaches, the campus community, and external constituents.
Graduate Assistant for Web and Digital Communications - TLTC Fall 2019 South Orange
Graduate Assistants at the Teaching Learning Technology Center are a part of the Student Technology Assistant program. A Student Technology Assistant is a Seton Hall University student that works within the Department of Information Technology with Web design, technical support, webcasting, videotaping, video editing, computer training and much more. Academic Consultants for Excellence (ACE) is a branch of the STA program located in Walsh Library that promotes and supports technology in a teaching and learning environment. The Graduate Assistant for Web and Digital Communications will work closely with the Web Content and Web Development team to manage/edit content. Handling web development tickets, and delegating editing work amongst the student technology assistants will be a key focus for the graduate assistant. The graduate assistant will work closely with the Director, Web and Digital Communications and their team to help produce and edit content for all Seton Hall forward facing web content portals. This includes the main University website and social media outlets. This graduate assistant position is for the Fall 2019/Spring 2020 term.
